Hoffman Swartz is a small professional collection agency committed to customer satisfaction.

In this day and age, a lot of large agencies are interested in quantity, not quality. This is one area where we are different. At Hoffman Swartz, everyone, including the President, is directly involved with not only our clients, but the debtors as well. At Hoffman, no one is too “good” for the job. Everyone “rolls up their sleeves” and gets involved.

Because of our experience, we know what techniques to use on the different types of accounts. We don’t waste time and money using strategies that are destined to fail. We follow the strict guidelines of the Federal Trade Commission “Fair Debt Collection Practices Act” (FDCPA).
We show the debtor how it will be in their best interest to make good on their debt. We try to show them that this will save them money in the long run (e.g. interest, collections fees, court fees, etc.). We know the “Statute of Limitations” for accounts, so we do not waste time and money chasing bad debts.

We handle accounts from hundreds of thousands of dollars to a couple hundred dollars. We have done just about every kind of collections there is (e.g. bad checks, retail, commercial, judgment, etc.).
